Explore the Estorick Collection with our interactive and sensory play space designed for families with young children.
The families’ area, located in the temporary exhibition galleries, includes a wealth of sensory and creative resources that will captivate and delight children under 5.

Join us for a special out-of-hours gallery activity designed for children and families of all ages, including our littlest creators aged 5 and under!
What to Expect:
- Sensory Environment: For our mini creators, there will be a sensory-based environment ideal for small hands and curious eyes.
- Creative Activities: Preschool and school-age children will explore drawing, collaging, and expressing themselves with various materials.
- Language & Literacy: Kids aged 6 to 11 will engage in creative activities that enhance their language skills and encourage imaginative ex
pression.

The area is set up on the ground floor of the building, and it is fully accessible. Buggy park and toilet step available. Food is not allowed in the museum galleries. Our on-site café opens at 12.00pm on Sundays.

Join us for an untutored life drawing session with professional life model Elisa.
Elisa is a London based Italian freelance performer, soft tissue therapist, and dance artist, working both nationally and internationally across theatre, gallery and museum settings, outdoors and site-specific contexts since 2012. She has over 12 years experience as life-model, posing for independent artists as well as institutions, and is a dynamic, expressive and creative model.
Whether a beginner or experienced practitioner, join a friendly community of art lovers and nurture your creativity in our life drawing sessions.
We can provide drawing boards and a selection of basic drawing materials. You are more than welcome to take your kit with you. Please note: only dry materials are allowed in the galleries.
